I have completed both missions (minister cho's estate & Zen Daijun) The first mission said completed and i got 3 swords on the second mission when completed it said the mission was completed but i got only one sword and i completed all the added stuff and it says 1/13 missions completed
can anyone shed a light on whats going on

That title is for getting 3 swords in the missions. You completeed it, just not with Masters.

if you want 3 swords, you have to complete the mission in a certain amount of time. so since you only got 1 sword, you completed it too slow.

In factions, every mission has different set times for how many swords you get. If you get below the lowest time range, you get all three swords, and it is sort of the equivalant of doing a prophecies mission and getting the bonus and completing it. If you get after the first time range, but before the second one, then you get two swords. Anything below gets you 1 sword and is the equivalant of doing a prophecies mission, but not getting the bonus.

The mission only counts toward your title and says that it is completed IF you get all three swords on that mission.
